Returns & Refunds InformationWe hope you are happy with your purchases from Cash and Carry Carpets, however if you need to return anything Cash and Carry Carpets would be happy to refund or exchange the goods providing they are carefully repackaged and returned to us in 'as new' condition. If you request a collection of goods then we are entitled to charge you a fee of £30 for such collection.
In the event that you have ordered an incorrect product or the wrong size and cut into the goods then this action is deemed to constitute your acceptance of the ordered goods and we are unable to accept liability for said goods.
In the event that you find a quality issue with your order then you need to contact us and we will arrange to inspect the product (within a reasonable time scale) and a replacement product will be arranged. If there is a problem with flooring that has been fitted, we will contact the supplier to ascertain the best method to resolve the problem which may result in rectifying the problem or bringing back the flooring and having a replacement sent out.
